At the initial consultation we will have the opportunity to meet with you and hear about your vision, needs and wants. Additionally we discuss your timeline and will walk you through our design process and what you can expect from the onset of the project through construction.

Our design process begins with collecting big ideas and incorporating them into the site plan in a manner that is dynamic, fluid and complimentary of the architectural vernacular. At the Schematic Design level we prepare rendered site plans, 3-D models, elevations and material palettes for your review.

Design Development is the refinement of the Schematic Design and where we begin to transition the design from hand sketches and renderings to hard lined drawings. At the Design Development level we also begin to coordinate with preferred Contractors to establish an estimated Opinion of Construction Cost (OPCC).

Construction Drawings are the final drawings issued for construction. These drawings are generally accompanied with written specifications, details and layout plans. These drawings are what the Contractor will build from throughout construction.

We can help you find the right Contractor for your project. We can assist you in coordinating, distributing and reviewing Contractor bids to assure accuracy and consistency.

Throughout construction we will periodically visit the site to assure that the project vision is being achieved. Throughout the Construction Observation phase we will meet with you, the Contractor, regulatory agencies and other consultants to assure a smooth and pleasant construction experience.
